They mess up your credit record even if you pay!!!

My Partner took a gym contract with Planet fitness and lost his job. After he lost his job we informed planet fitness that we would like to cancel the contract since he cant afford it anymore. Planet fitness then said he should pay R100 every month, Not knowing how they expected him to since he told them he is no longer working. Despite that my Partner has been paying that R100 monthly anyway. Now Planet Fitness sends Saya Recoveries to call him to remind him about the payment. We tell them every month that he has been making payment and using the reference number that \They"provided. Now its messing up my Partners credit record. If Banks are aware of consumer rights why do you people think you are above the law. I hate this brand and the world deserves to know that you abuse your power. How do you mess up a person's credit record who has been paying you???? I will make sure I warn people about you"
