They make you sign a contract and tell your that you can cancel it anytime. But when it's time to cancel you discover their lies.

Bunch of ******!!!!! Last week 27 February 2024 they made me sign a contract while I was in the process of activating my Discovery Vitality and promised me that I can cancel it should I not be happy with the amount that I will be charged by Vitality. Once I got confirmation of the amount that I will pay Vitality and told them that I simply cannot afford that amount they told me that I cannot cancel my contract after the initial period of 5 days. I told them that I simply cannot afford the amount that has to be paid to the Gym and to Vitality as it exceeds the initial agreement / initial quotation that they informed me about. The 5 days initial period information was withheld from me and I was promised that they will cancel my contract should I not be able to afford the fee.
