They dont want to cancell your contact!

It is impsossible to cancell a gym membership with planet fitness, the never email the stuff, when you go into agym to cnacell they say yo have to phone head office, they never cancell it, as the months roll past you keep on paying them. and they say but you contract has only been cancelled last month when the first time you phoned them was 3 months ago, this is absurd! I will be submitting documentation to ge the process underway to take plaent fitness to the small claims court as you have no authourity to keep on taking debit orders when I specificly told you to cancell my membership ad stop the debit order. I will also be reporting you at the consumer protection act as i have evidence of you guys severly overstepping your boundries. I have not used your gym in over 4 months, the first time I phone head office was 3 months ago.
