They don't get back to clients.

Can't seem to want to fix anything.

I have been reaching out since November 2023 about their ****s and them canceling my contact and they just never get back to me.

I don't know who else to reach out to. Sales manager Gym manger Head office No one is coming back with a solution. They always claim to escalate the issue yet it is never fixed. It's been months.

It's honestly seems like it's a once sided things I'm trying to fix yet no one gets back to me.
