THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS

I requested a callback via email regarding a query on my membership, and I received an automated response that I will be called in. 72 hours, and this request was made. on the 5th of October 2025, and today is the 8th of October 2025.

I called your offices, and all your lines were busy, and I was advised to press number 9., which is the callback option.

I have not been called back.

I really love this gym, but the service lately has been disappointing, and I'm thinking of cancelling.

Please have someone call me back.
