They Billed me of Levey which i wasn't told about it.

planet fitness debited my account twice in December for the same amount, i reversed one amount ,and they now telling that my account is in areas. when i ask why, is because i reversed the other amount which according to the is for levy. then i asked why am i paying levy and why was i not informed when joining the club. what is levy for.their answer :i'm paying gym maintenance and for the fact that i have contract with them. My question , why do i have to pay for gym maintenance whereas i'm paying monthly subscription fee? They ripping us off, and they telling me that im going to be black listed. hell No. I am not going to pay levy
