Theiving Planet Fitness
Planet fitness, ***** money from my bank account by unapproved debit order. The problem has not been resolved since March 7Months. The Customer service e-mail and call center are useless. It is impossible to get contact details of anyone in the management. The club manager at Benoni Club, Dylan, passes the buck and does not phone back. The whole process is absolutely useless.

03 Feb 2021, 15:28They eventually refunded the money they stole by processing unapproved Dr Orders.
However they continue to process unapproved Dr Orders, even after I resigned my membership (In Oct 2020) 3 months ago. Every Dr order will be reversed !
