Theft

It seems to be intentional that they will not stop a debit order. I moved in August 2022 to a place where there is no branch. Have notice to the Pretoria East branch and was told it is fine, debit orders will stop. It did not. Several months and calls later I stopped the debit order at the bank. In June is, was called and it was agreed I would make one last and final payment, which I did. This month exactly the same. Making an unauthorised debit from a bank account is theft. This business is really proof that a reputation can be killed in the way they let members go.
