Planet Fitness Sandton The Marc: Very poor customer service. My hubby got ****** there of his bag in the premise's locker. This happened on friday, January 29th 2020. Phones, wallet, cash money and other items were taken. Even the car keys were gone in the bag. Fortunately, the ***** manage to open my hubby's car, thouroughly searched it and dropped the keys on the passenger's seat. We were helped by the hard work of security officers from G4S that i salute by the way. We were very lucky that the culprit didn't drove away with the car. We were able to identify him on the mall's security cameras. Up to today, Tuesday the 2nd of February, the manager of the premise has not bother to contact us, less of all let us know that he received the email we sent yesterday early morning. If it was his close family member or an acquaintance, would he have displayed the same behaviour? Being mute despite everything going on? It was reported to us that day that, this is not a seldom incident. It is recurrent. So please, be careful at that gym my fellow mzanzi people. We tend to believe that they harbor culprits from the inside.
