Theft and Poor Service and Lying

<p>Hi,</p> <p>I've requested for my membership to be canceeled however this has STILL not happened. This was 2 Months ago? This is the second complaint on Hello Peter and still no feedback as to wheteher or not the request has been completed? All I've received after 6 weeks is false emails accussing me of not answering the phone when nobody from Planet Fitness has bothered to call me on the number in the original email sent to them requesting that my membership be cancelled, so who are you calling???????</p> <p>Should any further amounts be debited from my account I'll be filling in a police report directed towards you as THEFT as you will have ****** money that doesn't belong to you. I've also notified the bank that should there be any unauthorised debited amount against my account from you to notify me ASAP!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>COULD THIS PLEASE BE RESOLVED ASAP AS IT HAS BEEN TWO MONTHS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p>As per my original and additional emails should you require additional information let me know however this also hasn't happened???????</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
