THE WORST EXPERIENCE! 😞

Talk about *********** agents!Joined Planet fitness for my son in May for June to which I was told I have the 1 month free(May) so I can't test it out.June I cancelled, 2 agents I spoke too did not log it. July I cancell it,atleast the agent did get the job done. But guess what they charge me for Levi fees after cancellation. Not even a month into the gym, Levi fees of R1000. August I call again and they send me pillar to post,also sending me to lawyers where my file has been handed too. When speaking to the lawyers they don't know what I'm talking about. A day later, another agent calls me to talk about my cancellation. I owe Planetfitness R6000. What a chuckle!!!!! So silly these people!
