The worst customer service ever from planet fitness

Do not ever sign a contract or give this company your banking details via a debit order.They will dip into your account whenever they feel like it...and that is even though you have agreed a settlement figure of r1976 and sent them proof of payment via a EFT they won't even acknowledge that they have received the money and they certainly won't send you a letter of confirmation that you have settled your contract....so please do not ever sign a contract with this company or you will certainly live to regret it.
