The worst accounts / client services

Never ever take a gym contract with Planet fitness not just is all the rumors about their accounts department or client services department true that its totally useless.... they even have the audacity to refer new clients to them with a catch to get your free month for every client you refer they cant even keep their current clients happy.... i sent emails for assistance i even communicated with the staff at the gym but also no luck so do they really want to keep clients????
