The worse service ever unproffesional assholes

I had the most horrible experience with Planet Fitness i was told that owe them money and when i showed them my statement which clearly shows the mount reflecting as paid in i was told it was reversed however there are no reversals on the on the statement they cant read their own statement the call center is extremely useless i ****** refuse to let this go.
