The worse *********** gym

<p>I signed up with plant fitness thinking its the best work out gym ever....</p> <p> </p> <p>But to my surprise i was charged a double on the same month & when i disputed this charge was told its a leaver fee which was never explained to me by the sale persons...</p> <p>Therefore was told by the branch Manager this charge wont be covered by planetfitness , because i signed a contract acknowledging that i understand the contract. ..</p> <p> </p> <p>However my Question was why every person complaining about the samething that this charge has not been disclosed to them...</p> <p>Therefore the Branch Manager said this is something which will taken up with their training team of planet fitness that the leaver fee has to be disclosed to new members...</p> <p>I then informed them i wont pay this because plantfitness was to correct a issue on my expense...</p> <p>Therefore the Branch Manager made the sales person cover the charge which was paid on my account. ...</p> <p>However planetfitness refuses to compensate me after they have acknowledged the messed up & force the sale person pay th fee & still offer me personal training which i turned down , because am sick & tired of the poor service & way which i have been treated. ..</p> <p> </p> <p>Well i thought this was the end till i request my debt order to be cancelled & was told i can not but my question why offer options to pay card or debt order when signing up for the correct ? </p> <p> </p> <p>Therefore when i come to pay on the 2/8/2017 for the august fee was told i have a outstanding amount , but the amount was paid by the sales person...</p> <p> </p> <p>However today when i got to the gym was told i have a late payment fee & outstanding amount, but i made a payment on the 2/8/2017 </p> <p> </p> <p>Therefore the admin Manager told me i must pay the late payment fee while i requested my debt order to be cancelled & was told i have a attitude & also asked how old i am ....</p> <p>This is disrespect which i have received from the Admin Manager to a point she refuse i speak to the branch Manager while he was the 1st person who assisted on resolving the issue ...</p> <p> </p> <p>I just regret the day i signed up with u guys & i can not wait till my contract ends because planetfitness is *********** & full of lairs with no principle & respect. ...</p> <p> </p>
