The worse ever...PLANET FITNESS!!!

I signed a 24 month contract, and i was told when i went to cancel that it was extended due to covid, who was consulted about this...and the funny thing is that im not allowed to cancel without the fee because i have to ride whats left of the period and yet the increase amount was not adjusted to coincide with the extended period...PLANT FITNESS IS THE WORSE EVER!!! To say they have bad service is to give them credit for effort...they have NO service period!!!
