The best experience I have ever had from Charl at Planet Fitness , He helped me sort out problems that I had and then he actually convinced me to join the gym. I have to give it to Planet Fitness they have changed from a place to just gym to a company that puts care into members. I had a lot of questions and he was able to assist me with everyone of them.
