The absolute best at being the worst
Well done on being the absolute worst. I've cancelled my PF account years ago, only to find out that it was not cancelled as requested and I was not informed that I was signed up for a contract extension that I did not consent to. After that, debt collectors cam after me for fees I was not even supposed to pay, and was assured I'd be done by April 2024. Now I was told that I still have an active account. Planet fitness, you are the absolute worst.
