Terribly service and false information to lure people to join their gym

I have joined the Gym during their black Friday Special and the representative who was assisting me gave me (Amos )incorrect information.

They **** and said that the special will be R99 for the first 6 months and R399 thereafter as i am on vitality.

They deducted R159.60 For January and February, then in march they deducted R399. The company itself lie to get clients and iam disguised with the level of service that they are providing. I also spoke to the sales manager at the club and he was not helpful at all, they just said i need to downgrade,which is not a solution to all the wrong amount that are deducted from my account as well as incorrect information to lure people to join

This Morning i received a all from planet fitness customer care and they told me that in order for me to downgrade i need to pay extra R200. All they care about is that money . i would not advise any person to join using their so called "Specials "
