Terrible service Planet Fitness Rivonia

A sales consultant promised that he personally would arrange that January would be free month and I wouldnt pay any membership cost for that month. He assured me this wouldnt happen, however this never happened and I was billed. I then decided to take this up with the Sales manager and I was promised again that this would be resolved and the payment would be honoured on their side. Its now 3 weeks later and payment wasnt honoured as promised. This is terrible customer service for such a renowned company who prides itself on providing the best service in the industry. I therefore will not be paying any further amounts and want this contract terminated for poor service without any payment due.
