Terrible Service Just Gym Glenanda and Planet Fitness Head Office

I joined Just Gym Glenanda on the 2nd June 2021 and was made to pay a tag fee of R125.00. The tag was not handed to me due to "system issues". I was asked to come the following day. On arrival, I was told that they are not able to issue me with the tag due to some admin work not being done yet. The contract was only generated late on the 4th June 2021. I went again on the 9th June and was told that they can't issue me with the tag as they are not able to see my deposit in their system. I requested to speak to the manager who refused to take any form of responsibility. I then decided to cancel my membership, which I did through the contact centre. I was advised to send a request for a refund with proof of payment, which I did on the 10th June. I have been following up and every time I am advised that the issue will be resolved. Then, the call ticket gets closed without the issue being resolved. I'm glad that I decided not to go ahead with Planet fitness. The company just don't care. Terrible service! I still don't have my refund.
