Terrible service from Planet fitness

These people know nothing about customer service and are very unreliable! They say they will get back to you but never do. I spoke with 5 consultants and no one I spoke to knows how to solve an issue and they have terrible attitudes. They really do not care about their customers. They say that they will respond to emails within 72 hours, 5 days later I am still waiting. They admit that they did not let me in to go gym even though I had paid my membership fees but act as if they are not in the wrong. They then ignore emails. This is really pathetic service service. Definitely join planet fitness if you would like terrible service because they have it don't you worry! Honestly can't believe how *********** this "compay" is!
