Terrible service, false promises. Too lazy to do their job

Planet fitness lynnwood... signed up in October. Have been trying to get our discovery linked since then. Signed and resigned documentation 3 times... guess what, we get charged the full ammount DOUBLE. Even though we have been promised MULTIPLE times that we won't be. Virgin active is way better. Can't wait until one opens near me.
