Terrible Service at Planet Fitness Craighall Park

The staff at Planet Fitness, Craighall Park are exceptionally rude, arrogant, and do not care about their customers. I have had a week of trying to get an answer for something very simple. I have logged 3 online complaints, gone in to see the manager, then followed up 3 times with her, as she could not be bothered to get back to me. <br> <br> It has been 5 days since the incident where the receptionist and sales guy spoke to me very badly. I have not had an apology, let alone a phone call to answer the initial query (after now being promised by multiple people that they will phone me back). <br> <br> As a previously loyal Planet Fitness member for years, I can wholeheartedly discourage anyone from joining this gym. They are content in the fact that people will always join, so do not have to worry if they treat people like dirt.
