Terrible service at Planet Fitness Craighall

<p>I was recently looking to enrol to a gym enroute to my workplace and found that the Planet Fitness in Craighall was ideal so i went past one evening to enquire about membership. Sales Representative convinced me to sign up and i asked him not to process anything until i come and pay for my tag. Next thing i see, money is being debited from my account. I went to go and sort it out and got the worst service ever. No one was willing to speak properly all i heard was that there is nothing that they could do. After standing there for about 15 minutes trying to get attention i eventually left. I am so dissapointed as this is my first encounter with Planet Fitness. Service so unprofessional.</p>
