Terrible service Again and still continues from Planet Fitness

This is now my second complaint with no resolution thus far. I have been made promises by Planet Fitness head office and Angelique of Irene link branch - i was suppose to receive a document which I'm still waiting for. During this time of being given the run around R899 still gets deducted from my account. No customer service, no urgency no nothing
