Terrible service

After years of being a member at planet fitness Brakpan branch I was turned back like a dog this morning as communication that was given to me is that I have to pay for another month when cancelling and I will still have access for the 1month notice that I had to pay for today is the 30th of April 2026 meaning the last day to have access with be today but I’m told to contact customer care. Even though they are confirming that my account was debited on the 15th of April ..,

What is worse is I was actually considering reinstalling my membership after today’s terrible experience I will never set foot there again .
