Terrible service

My endless problems with Planet Fitness just keep getting worse. On Wednesday 9/12/15 I went to cancel my subscription with Planet fitness simply because the service has alwats been terrible. Firstly, I tried to pay in advance so I could end my interaction with PF as soon as possible for good. I was told they didnt take cash, this wasnt too much of an issue, even though I had no information about that and the guy helping me kept insisting and was rude by asking if I could read-his name: Fortunate from Planet fitness Wanderes. He then told me I had to pay some cancellation fee even though my contract had expired and I was in a month-to-month subscription. <br> I then called the customer care and spoke to a woman by the name: Angelo Ndlovu, she proved to be even more rude and useless, however she confirmed that there was no such thing as a cancellation fee that I had to pay. However, she also had a stinking attitude.<br> All in all, I'm glad I left and proud to say MyGym is a much better alternative. To everyone out there.... go to any gym.....ANYTHING BUT PLANET FITNESS
