Terrible service

Good day.

I made a payment in full to my Planet Fitness account on 15/03/2021 and still I have not received a paid up letter from Planet fitness or confirmation that funds have been received and my account is closed. This company's service is truly terrible. I could not afford to pay the amount as I was retrenched. Now when after selling all my belongings I gathered enough money to pay the account they dont have the decency to give me a paid up letter of my account!

I will never recommend Planet Fitness to anyone. If anyone ever asks me about the company I will also ensure they are informed at their way of business - Totally heartless! Did not even give me an option to pay off my account even after providing proof I could not afford the entire amount on one payment because of retrenchment.

I hope Planet Fitness can sleep at night knowing how they are quick to sign you up to be a member but not as quick to help a client when they are in true dire straits.
