terrible service

I was debited R399.00 when I have fully paid for the Year. The Gym officially opened in January 2015. After 3 or 4 day of trying to get hold of the accounts department I finally get hold of a consultant who tells me its your yearly fee. The contract is only 7 months old a year is 12 months what bull. Then he tells me to check my contract when the lady selling me the contract never mentioned anything about 7 months payment but spoke about everything else
