Terrible service

<p>I cancelled my membership with planet fitness in december but im still being debited. I* called and asked to speak top the manager and the receptionists kept cutting me off.The lady who assisted me when I joined apparently doesnt work there anymore and its not my fault that she left.my point is I cancelled my membership and I need my R500 refund.Please sort this out...</p>
