Terrible Record Keeping

<p>In August 2016 i cancelled and paid out my planet fitness membership. In December last year planet fitnes deducted money from my account. I first contacted them on their websit eand received no response. I therefore called them to sort it out and was told to reverse the transaction with my bank. I was also told that i should not have been charged. I therefore did this. I even received an email saying th query was closed. Today I received an sms saying they have not received the latest payment and i should contact them? I am no more a member of the gym and paid out my contract in full, why does planet fitness still want to charge me??? The reference for the message wasPF- ********** 06</p>
