Terrible, Horrible Awful Service

I would like to give them minus zero stars if I possibly could.I called them in December to cancel my contract they explained I have to pay to cancel up front I can do the 4 month cancellation which I opted for my last payment being end March 2022 which I paid. They then got Saya collections to call me on 14th of April saying I have an amount of R 1,996 Due for immediate collection I explained I did a 4 month cancellation so this Fee should not be applicable. They then tried to debit that money off my account. Turns out the lady I cancelled with never processed my cancellation. They are more than happy to take your money when they want to but the staff does not assist when you need to cancel .
