Terrible experience moving clubs

Planet Fitness Menlyn. I'm sorry to say you fall way short of your flagship branches. Customer Service - The worst, staff is not very friendly or helpful... Transferring clubs to Menlyn was painful experience. Charged me a tag fee again, without my knowledge when activated my vitality and on top of that I was told I'm in arrears! Facilities - I can can deal with the strange layout, but can't stand dirty bathrooms and floors. No vibe to the club, no little cafe everything was empty! Now I have to pay another transfer fee and wait a week! Regretting signing up. They are quick to sign you up, take your money but when you need customer service there is none!
