Terrible experience at Planet Fitness - The Gate, Centurion

I was misled into signing a contract under false pretences, and important details were deliberately hidden. They presented the membership fee as a fixed rate for the full duration of my contract, only for me to later discover that it was just a promotional fee for the first three months. When I tried to cancel, they refused to take any accountability and demanded a cancellation fee that was never disclosed when I signed up.

I only joined this gym because I was under the impression that the agreement matched what I had in 2022 and 2023. Despite informing them that I had been a member before, they failed to tell me that things had changed. Their lack of transparency and refusal to resolve the situation have left me feeling deceived and trapped in a contract I didn’t fully agree to. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this gym to anyone.
