Terrible customer services

<p>I canceled my Planet Fitness contract in 2014 due to terrible customer service. They trasfered my account to the incorrect branch and never corrected the issue. Frustrated and disappointed with their poor (no) response I gave up contacting them. Two years later after no notification a debt collecting company contact me claiming I have outstanding balance with Planet Fitness. I've launched a query with both the debt collecting company and contacted Planet Fitness customer services directly. It's been a week later and no response from either side. Aside from another agent email claiming the same outstanding balance. </p>
