Terrible customer service!

Terrible experience at Planet Fitness Krugersdorp!!

My wife just got kicked out of her class a few minutes in for not signing up on a sheet that no-one told her about. She got there early to book a spot and this is how she get's treated... This is a HORRIBLE way to treat your clients, I strongly recommend against signing-up with this gym. There are other gyms that do not treat their patrons like garbage, rather save your money and run on the road.
