Terrible customer service as you'd come to expect

You said you'd depit on the 1St of the month, but then you debit in the 2nd. And then if it fails we're the ones who are supposed to pay extra???

What's worse is you customer service is so backwards you failed to mention the additional charge let alone the total! Instead you just sent bank details so now I need to do a 2nd eft as well?
