Terrible customer service and management of clients overall.

I have been n client from round-about 2021. There were numerous times where they double debited me and refused to refund the money, they up your membership fees without notice and claim it is part of your contract, which you never received. Their customer service is atrocious and they never cease to amaze me on how unhelpful they are.

I called in regarding my fees going up and was told it goes up annually as per my contract (was also never mentioned when signing up) and given incorrect amounts on what previously went off, then told if I wish to cancel I will have to pay for a consecutive month. Even when cancelling a black tag you would pay a consecutive month.
