Terrible customer service

A week ago I called the branch at the R55 shopping center. I travel during the year and currently have a membership at a gym in lephalale. What I was looking for was somewhere to go to gym whilst I was in centurion for the December holidays. I spoke to a gentleman about this, and asked if I could just get a membership for a month. He promised to call me back after he spoke to his manager. It got to Friday, and I called again. This time I got a woman who told me straight off the bat, sorry you have to take a long term contract. I don’t want to sign up for a contract that I will use once a year? So basically my time was wasted. I find it rather rude that a prospective client, was treated this way. No offer to help. So when I move back home, i definitely won’t be contacting planet fitness.
