Terrible ******* service

<p>I am completely dissatisfied with the service I have received from the Planet Fitness Moreleta Park. My account is a complete mess!!!! I am completely frustraded up to the point where I just want to cancel everything. Firstly, the sales consultant entered my incorrect account details and I was charged a fee of R20. This is not my fault and I will not be held accountable for the neglect of the sales person. I have already requested for this fee to be reversed and clearly it was ignored. Also, this month I was charged R727 although my fee is R199. How is this treating customers fairly? Please resolve this mess. </p>
