Terrible!!!

Not happy at all. My 12 month contract ended in Oct 2020, I was then aparently placed on a month-to-month contract. There was no debit order on my account for months. Now in July I get called by their lawyers and I owe them R2 400. Not once from October until now did anyone phone me to tell me my contract is still active, I have not used their facilities in over a year and I am threatened that I will be blackilisted. This is nonsense!
