Termination date incorrect

I joined planet fitness Just gym in Bellville on the 2/3rd of January. Signed for a 12 month contract which i paid R389.65 for January and the tag. My contract is supposed to end in December 2018. Called their call centre, only to be told it ends in January 2019 and the last debit order would be 28 January 2019. The line cut during an extensive hold. The consultant did not bother calling back to resolve my query. The end date needs to be rectified immediately for end of December 2018
