Terminated membership

I did terminate my son's membership with PLANETFITNESS on the 1st December 2021. Two deductions went through without notification or instruction! Terrible service from the call centre , unfriendly and the attendant did not give the service to me ASAP for me to receive the truthful information to act accordingly! This gym is relatively trouble some I even regret why did I renew my contract with this ORGANISATION ! SOMEBODY PLEASE DO THE JOB EFFICIENTLY! IT IS EXHAUSTING TO CALL WITH NO PROPER DIRECTION BEING MISLED! I AM SICK & TIRED OF THIS GYM!
