Terminated gym membership 3 moths ago

Bad customer service. My son terminated the contract 3 months ago because he is unemployed and I was the one who was paying for the premiums but because of high cost of living we decided to terminate it. No response or what so ever from this organisation really frustrating but when one joins things are easy but if you what to get out of it as per terms & conditions this organisation keeps quiet and do not attend to your request /instruction.
