One of the agents was supposed to assist me with an expadited police clearance. For which I paid upfront. After 2 weeks, he tells me that the CRC is closed due to COVID-19. I called, only to find out that the CRC isn't closed. And this guy is sitting with my money. And now I can't get back the time that was waisted to get my viza in time.
