Taking money after contract has been canceled

I will never ever be a member of Planet Fitness ever again. They are literally taking our money without consent. After we cancelled our contract a long time ago. They promise over the phone that it will not happen again and guess what they still take money. I have saw alot of unhappy reviews regards to Planet Fitness over the same problem and I wonder why nothing is being done cause this is unacceptable.
