Taking Money after canceling

I am now sick and tired of Planet Fitness taking money out off our account *******ly. Planet Fitness is taking money out of my account and my husband's account. My husband went in to cancel his account and talked to a manager after Planet Fitness took more than R 3000.00 out his account and cancelled it and till this day they never payed him back. And my contract was only for a year and still Planet fitness is taking money out my account and Craig hall Planet Fitness does not even exist anymore. So how on earth. Useless to even talk to a manager because Planet Fitness takes money out your account even 2 years after canceling a contract.
