Taking Legal action -

After I have lodged a complaint here, and received an automated response that they would contact me, nobody has taken the time to contact me or make an effort to pay back the monies. Now I am receiving threatening sms to be handed over to legal !!<br> Planet Fitness is obviously not interested in dealing with me, hence i will have to take the necessary action through the Consumer Protection Act.<br> They are still trying to get monies out of me after I cancelled the contract within 48 hours.<br> So here goes, Legal route and I will not only make them pay for the legal costs but also for my time, and loss of income for the time I have to spend sorting out their pathetic administration or the lack thereof. <br> What is the bet I will receive another automated response, telling me they are going to sort this out ?
