Taking all the money out of my account !!!!!

they are duble charging me taking R300 and then R290 ! out of a students account , everytime I call and ask for a maniger she is not there !. I know the contract says once a year they will take more money out for maintenance but I did that last month . now they take out even more money and send me messages and say I owe them more money ?? after taking the basic fee ?? im a student and I will tel everyother student that planet fitness is overpriced and ****s people out of there money !! how do I buy my books now ? when will I get my money back??? if I fail its on you !!!
